Hasbara works hard on this. Wouldn't be surprised if the UK's own experts are involved too (well, we can be sure about that).

Following last weekend's leak of diplomatic cables involving the UK's ambassador to the US and rumors that there was to be further embarrassing leaks to be published in the print media this upcoming weekend Scotland Yard is now threatening to prosecute anyone who publishes leaked diplomatic cables in a move that MPs said risked turning Britain into a “police state”.
Counter-terrorism police began an investigation into the leak of diplomatic cables and warned newspapers and social media users that they would be committing a criminal offence by publishing further secrets.
The statement from Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu came less than 36 hours before a Sunday newspaper was expected to print further revelations from diplomatic cables thought to have been leaked by a mole in Whitehall.
Norman Lamb, the former health minister who chairs the science and technology committee, said any move to prosecute publishers of leaks was “totally unacceptable” and “contrary to whole principle of a free press”.
Mr Lamb said: “We can’t contemplate any slippery slope to a police state that accepts that sort of limitation on the freedom of the press to report.”
Bob Seely, a Tory MP who sits on the Commons Foreign Affairs committee, said: “This is a dangerous road to go down. Once you start prosecuting the media for publishing stuff you don’t like, that is a very dangerous place to be. You are effectively justifying state action against the media. We need a free press more than ever.
“Prosecute the leaker, if they breached the Official Secrets Act, but you don’t prosecute the media.”
Mr Seely said it would “set a really dangerous precedent”, adding: “I suggest the police think again about that.”
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2019/07/12/scotland-yard-threatens-prosecute-anyone-publishes-leaked-diplomatic/
Anger continues to grow after Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu's threat to prosecute any publishers of leaks.
Evening Standard editor George Osborne described Mr Basu's statement as "stupid" and "ill-advised". Mr Osborne, former Chancellor of the Exchequer, appeared to suggest the statement was written by a junior officer "who doesn't appear to understand much about press freedom".
Sunday Times political editor Tim Shipman asked if Met Commissioner Cressida Dick had cleared the "sinister, absurd, anti-democratic statement... threatening journalists with arrest for printing government leaks?"
Conservative Party chairman Brandon Lewis tweeted that "a free press is vital for our country and our democracy", adding it was "sad this point has to be made at all".
Peter Spiegel, Financial Times US managing editor, wrote: "Well, this is rather chilling from a major police force in a western democracy. What are you going to do, Met Police, arrest us?"
However, MP Tom Tugenhadt, chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, told Radio 4's Today programme that it was "a reasonable request" to tell the media not to publish leaked documents which undermine security.

For example msm tells us Haftar is "Putins Wüstenfuchs" (desert fox), that was the nickname of Rommel. Therefore I think it's a propaganda lie.

Hard to tell regarding Haftar. But it's definitely very misleading at best to picture him as Putin's Rommel. Haftar very well uses opportunity to get support from as many sides as he can as Libya is even bigger mess than Syria and in this chaos everyone wants to take a piece of cake. For example:
Haftar's special forces recives training in Jordan, his army uses UAE's air defense systems (Pantsirs) and US anti-tank Javelines which were, previously, sold to France. So German sms reports regarding Haftar are bullshit.
On other hand, GNA, that rules Tripoli and is a part of UN recognized Libyan government, recieves supplies from Turkey and, if I'm not wrong, from Egypt as well.

The White House on Friday put a halt to a Pentagon briefing on U.S. sanctions to be imposed on Turkey after it received the first delivery of Russian S-400 missile systems, Breaking Defence news site reported citing U.S. officials.
According to Breaking News, the Pentagon had twice pushed back a planned briefing on Friday by senior officials on sanctions to be imposed on Ankara. The news site said it was unclear when anyone from the US government would comment.
“Officials said that the White House stepped in and put a halt to DoD’s carefully planned briefing, which had been scheduled for this (Friday) morning,” Breaking News said.
