I never thought it would happen but it looks as though a Shia vs Shia civil war could happen with the PMF and half the Iraqi army vs Al Sadr/Mahdi army and the other half of the Iraqi army. Iraq seems like the last throw of the dice to me they have failed in Syria, Lebanon and Yemen and even if they do overthrow the Iraqi Goverment the PMF are going nowhere if anything this will give them the excuse to restart rocket and EFP attacks on US soldiers if its found out the CIA has a role in unrest in Iraq.

I don't support either Turkey or YPG but if Turkey captured East Syria they would never give it back to Syria and would flood the area with anti Assad syrian refuges. On the other hand it would be a lot easier for Syria, Iran and Hezbollah to retake it from Turkey than America and because Turkey has a border with Syria drones, cruise missile and rocket attacks can easily be launched against Turkey unlike America.

I guess Americans in Syria plan to retreat to Iraq when Turkish OP begins so they want an Iraqi goverment that will allow them to stay in Iraq.

It seems like Israel may launch attacks against the non existent ballistic missile factories in Lebanon if they do Hezbollah would have no choice but to go to war and Hamas and the Syrian army would probably be dragged in to it.
