That's strange ZOD cause I read the other day that most of the Syrian oil instalations are not operational but they could start the production in matter of days I suppose. Even so, sure they can steal for a month or two months or even more but in greater picture, that is peanuts, specially for America. There's not that much oil in Syria that USA could profit tremendously from it.
In the end, Deir ezzor will get its turn as well. It will all come back to Assad and Americans will run as they ran last week. Its the big mouth that they have and can't shut up when they're getting manhandled...always some chirping you know, can't keep their mouths shut.

Indeed. However, for Syria every day of occupation of the oil rich territory prolongs suffering of the country and delays its recovery.
