Chilean President Sebastián Piñera has pulled out of hosting a major United Nations climate change conference as anti-government protests continue.
He said that the decision had "caused him a lot of pain" but that his government needed "to prioritise re-establishing public order".
White House officials said President Trump had been planning to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit scheduled for 15 to 17 November, to discuss a possible trade deal.

This is another interesting thing. This area hosted large US illegal military instalation. Lafarge is French company which was charged with complicity in crimes against humanity and financing a terrorist organisation for paying millions to jihadist groups, including the Islamic State, in Syria.

This Tall Tamr area is a powder keg. Turkish proxies are completely uncontrollable and keep strengthening the offensive here, even after SAA came in and Russian MPs. Now they all start to whitdrew, Russians included. Its gonna ba a battle here unfortunately.

There are many rumours regarding the situation and its cause. Kurds claim the SAA revolted and fled from the area because they had no support. Other side claims that the attack started after Kurds refused to join SAA ranks. So SAA and Ru MPs withdrawed from the area. Other rumours hint that Turks will be allowed to enter different positions as well. The goal is to make US remnants flee from Syria.
