Syria has 2 refineries, Homs & Banias. The combined capacity in 2015 was 240,000 b/d. With damage to pipelines and other infrastructure Syrian officials claim that the country's actual refining capacity now is closer to 50% of its pre-war capacity

Syria's natural gas sector has not been affected quite as severely by the ongoing conflict as its oil sector, although dry natural gas production is down by at least 40% compared with pre-conflict totals.
