The Shenzhen Third People's Hospital published a medical paper on March 27, documenting the treatment of five patients, aged 36 to 73.
The hospital, which has the National Clinical Research Centre for Infectious Disease,
said four of them showed normal temperatures within three days after being treated with blood from five donors.
All patients, including three men and two women, tested negative after 12-day treatment
and the antibodies in their immune systems were 'significantly boosted'.

An idea from Hessen that makes mass testing faster and more efficient:

A mix of 5 samples is tested together, only if this test is positive, the samples are retested individually. Apparently it already works successfully here. 

Maybe this idea should be spread.

What I not understand:

In the USA there is always talk that it is much better to organize private help. Here in Germany, tens of thousands of people are now involved in providing the poor and homeless with the most basic necessities, or people in home quarantine. 

Does that not work in the USA? And why does every single person there have to drive their car miles to the distribution point? What about people without a car who can't afford one should starve? It could hardly be more absurd to organize.

Hot-cold therapy?

That sounds like the old preventive "medicine" well known in Germany, the so-called Kneipp cure (Sebastian Kneipp 
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sebastian_Kneipp ). 
The water applications are only a part of his medicine from 5 principles, afaik got the idea from watching an injured deer, which bathed its injury again and again in a stream.

His cures are supposed to strengthen the whole body and probably have mainly effects on circulation, detoxification (nutrition is also a component), stimulation of the metabolism and strengthening of the immune system.
