Just two examples:
As a part of fight against COVID they decided to close state institutions. Only two days in week they are opened. It immediately caused crowds of people asking for new driving licenses, car registrations and such stuff. Just because of this decision.
Fresh example: Today government decided to order all shops to be closed on Sundays. So it's pretty expectable they will be pretty crowdy on Saturdays...
There are dozens of such decisions. Who in sane mind can consider such shit as helpful? Do they think we're all monkeys or what?
