I still don't know how Japan and Germany lost WW2 as they were miles ahead of all other armies at start of WW2 in terms of troop quality and equipment especially Japan after having defeated Russia 30 years earlier winning 98% of ground and land battles during the Russo-Japanese War

By sheer numbers. Germany and Japan with allies were fighting whole world. It was inevitable with Soviet numbers and American economy.

In general I agree, but from my point of view this is over-simplified.
US economy was down after the crash in 1928/29 and did not recover during the 1930s. It recovered during and because of the war.
US has a war-economy. They urgently need a war, without they starve.
This is why I think, the best China can do, is to avoid a war with US at all costs, directly and indirectly. US needs to be starved by denying them a war.
When US is completely down. Taiwan and Japan will send envoys to Beijing to the new master. And Germany will be finally free.
