An interesting discussion has started on a very intellectual right wing website in Eastern Germany: Sezession im Netz

Unfortunately it's completely in German. The discussion was triggered by a very intellectual article about the thesis, that these demonstrations are useless and are more dualistic: the participants and the non-participants. But the discussion went in a surprising direction. The topic is absolutely non-intellectual. These right wing guys see, that these new demonstrations are open to all political spectrums and show, that the participants are completely helpless and act in self-defense. They hope, that the demonstrations will simply outnumber the police capacity. But they also see, that so far no government was toppled by demonstrations alone.

I think the establishment will recognize, that police violence is counter-productive. They could give the order to the police to ignore these demonstrations. Because they can punish the participants with loss of job, exclusion from social participation etc.

All the demonstrations of the yellow vests, Pegida etc. have lead to nothing. There should be a real revolution.
