What strikes me the most when I see footage from Donetsk is how the people are... used to this. Everyone knows what to do when they hear artillery, "duck & cover", fire brigades move swiftly on muscle memory. 16-year-olds have lived half their lives like this.

Re: #95 - Main news thread - conflicts, terrorism, crisis from around the globe

[GB: The report translated below is from a Telegram source that goes by the name “iniy” (frost), who, while being staunchly pro-Ukrainian, to the point of systematically calling Russians “moksha” (used as a derogatory moniker, the word refers to a subset of the Mordva ethnic group that speak a language that belongs to the Finno-Ugric group of languages and is utilized to insinuate that Russians are not of Slavic origin but come from the ethnic set of peoples that Ukrainian nationalists consider sub-human), is nonetheless highly critical of the Ukrainian authorities and the corrupt elements of the Nazi movement in Ukraine (a Nazi critical of other Nazis—a thing like that) and realistically pessimistic about the Ukrainian prospects in the war. The use of foul language and other characteristics of the report have been faithfully preserved—my apologies if they cause anyone offence.]
Look boys, what a three-dimensional system of control over the Ukrainian defence has emerged. Watch and learn—such carefully-organized chaos is a rarity.
The 1st Group: the Nazis and the SBU [GB: Zelensky’s regime’s secret police, the Ukrainian State Security Service]. We have no clue whether they have centralized command, but we are sure of the fact that Azov and all other rabble-ated [consolidated] nationalist battalions and homo-units [units] are only very tenuously under the command of the General Staff. On a day-to-day basis, they spend their time engaged in cowboy-style fuckery or hiding in the bunkers.
The 2nd Group is under the command of our dear “allies.” They have put a yoke on the Chief Intelligence Directorate, the Special Operations Forces, the remnants of the Air Force, and the most battle-worthy missile and artillery units. This part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is engaged in real net-centric warfare using small groups and is the one responsible for most of the inconvenience to the Russian forces. All this is fucking awesome, but it leads down the path to a strategic dead end. Later, we will explain why.
The 3rd Group consists of the core of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the grimy regulars in the fortified strongholds, and the part of the territorial defence (the majority of them) that lacks the nerve or a charismatic leader at SBU that could get into the 1st Group or lacks the skills to get them into the 2nd Group. This cannon fodder is under the control of the General Staff and other military command, and they’ve been assigned the prestigious task of marching to slaughter, while the “allies,” with the assistance of the 2nd Group, try to “win the war” (which they cannot).
All in all, we have neither a unified command, nor logistics and supply, nor a general plan for this war. The opinion of a pimply cocksucker, recently graduated from USMA and incapable of controlling his own bladder when a shell lands nearby (true story), carries more weight than the opinion of a Ukrainian control.
Good morning, Vietnam! It’s a good day to be a gook!

Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".

Thanks for your concern.. I slept very well tonight. I will reduce the intake to 1,5g to 2g per day and split it up into three servings.. Potassium citrate tastes horrible, so I will drink it with bone broth.. American health agencies say you need 4,7g of Potassium a day, Europeans (except Germany, they think we live on air alone) recommend 3,5g.. nobody knows the exact upper tolerance levels, but they do know I would have to eat 400 Bananas at once to kill myself with Hyperkalemia .. I love Bananas, they got 358 mg of Potassium, but unfortunetely they also contain 6g of fructose that causes fatbelly syndrome. Practically speaking, it's next to impossible to be able to get 3g of Potassium per day (6 to 7 Avocados or 10 Bananas) even with the most healthy diet.. same can be said about Magnesium and some other vital minerals.. due to depleted top soils (extensive industrial agriculture).. So since I am already sick, why not use myself as the laboratory rat, just like the good doctors of old did, they used themselves as test subjects.. before they tried their remedies out on patients..
Can you tell me where to get it? I once tried banana but my stomach didn't like it after a few days. I know that I need more than I could get from food. I have often probs with muscles, cramps for example, since childhood.
potassium pills can be murder on the stomach as well from personal experience.
Another place to get quite enough potassium is in vegetable juice - I don't know if you have it there but we call it V8 juice. The low sodium version of V8 has gobs of potassium in it because they replace the salt with potassium salts. V8 is really good for you and low calories.

Syria Says Israel Targeted Quneitra Province With Missiles
Syria said on Wednesday that Israeli jets carried out strikes near the village of Hader in the southern Quneitra province.
Syria’s state news agency SANA reported that an act of “Israeli aggression” was carried out with several surface-to-surface missiles over the vicinity of the Quneitra’s countryside in southern Syria, areas where Tehran-backed forces, including Lebanon’s Hezbollah, have put down a presence since deploying to help President Bashar al-Assad in the Syrian civil war which broke out in 2011.
No casualties were reported in the missile attack, which only caused physical damage.
Israel’s military does not usually comment on specific strikes in Syria but has acknowledged that it has conducted hundreds of attacks against forces under Iranian command in Syria to prevent the Islamic Republic from accumulating weapons and entrenching itself further in the war-torn country.
On Saturday, unknown aircraft attacked positions of Iran-backed forces in and around the eastern city of Deir ez-Zor for the second time within a week.
Last month, Israel allegedly carried out three strikes in Syria.
According to Syrian state media, the latest attack was on April 27, when surface-to-surface missiles were fired from northern Israel at military positions near capital Damascus, killing four Syrian soldiers and injuring three others.
In March, an Israeli attack over Damascus killed two officers from Iran’s Revolutionary Guard and left some material damage.
On Friday, The Moscow Times, an independent Dutch-based paper, reported that while Russia has begun pulling out its troops from Syria to bolster forces in Ukraine, Iran forces and Lebanese group Hezbollah have reportedly taken over its bases.
