How will Russia supply Serbia considering it is surrounded by hostile NATO?  I would like to see see Serbia retake Kosovo, but how to get supplies into Serbia?

there is no need for supplies if russia can provide air cover and use cruise missiles. russia can provide air cover from black sea and syria. cruise missiles can be launched from territory of russia. serbia has industry to produce guns and ammo and lighter fighting vehicle. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defense_industry_of_Serbia

Kosovo is mostly mountainous terrain. there can be no big tank battles. there would be mostly artillery duels and infantry fights. russian federation does not have to control the air. it just have to proclaim "no fly zone". and it can destroy some critical targets with cruise missiles (they have a range). and the rest can be done by serbian army. but, it does mean (probably) open war with NATO who is controlling sky in the area.

is Yugoslav ppl the same or direct blood descendent of Serbia ppl?
is it correct to saying all other split off countries and their ppl are foreign invaders from else where?

i know the geographical history there is really complex so apologies in advance if the questions are really stupid
