There are excellent chances for our country to finally get rid of the colonial system of norms into which the United States and its allies are transforming international legislation, including the UN. The new economic system, the contours of which are already clear and understandable – from the regional EAEU to the continental SCO and BRICS to the global Eurasian economic space (One Belt, One Road) – form the legal system of international trade as an alternative to the USA and the EU and free of dollar dictation. This system must be supplemented with new concepts of general international law, including the prosecution of crimes against humanity, war crimes, genocide and acts of international terror, which are abundant in the recent history and current practice of the United States and its allies.
4. The first step in this direction, in my opinion, should be the organization of the International Criminal Court, to which all known events with signs of the mentioned crimes – from the murder of over 200 children in an asylum in Baghdad – must be transferred with a concrete bomb, the use of which was approved by President Bush (Jr.) was approved in the course of an unprovoked aggression against Iraq, up to the explosions of the Nord Stream under the supervision of President Biden. Our country has a long-standing excellent legal base and practice for cases of this kind (tribunals on Japanese, Nazi, Beneder, Baltic war criminals). At the same time, it is necessary to provide for the possibility of considering cases and making a verdict without the participation of the accused, but exclusively on the basis of documents and testimonies, using the principles of practice and consensus developed during the Nuremberg trials and court proceedings in relation to the predecessors of today's liberal fascists. I would also like to remind you that in these cases death sentences are carried out by hanging, which can be replaced by execution at the request of a convicted person of advanced age (over 70 years).
5. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in this regard needs to move from a reactive restrained position, following the activities of the West, to preventive measures.
