The resistance targets the US military base at the occupied Conoco oil field in eastern Syria with a rocket barrage, moments after a series of violent American airstrikes in the area. The US forces have launched flares and sirens in the base.

At 16:00 (EST) on February 2, US Central Command forces launched airstrikes in Iraq and Syria against Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force and its affiliates.
US military forces hit more than 85 targets with multiple aircraft, including long-range bombers flying from the US.
More than 125 precision munitions were used in these air attacks. The facilities that were hit included command and control centers, intelligence centers, rockets and missiles, and warehouses of unmanned vehicles, and supply chain facilities for supplies and ammunition of militia groups and supporters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which facilitated attacks against American and coalition forces.

In a statement, the U.S. military announced they attacked more than 85 targets in Syria and Iraq with numerous aircraft, including long-range bombers flown from United States.
