Chrome users may suffer with pictures resizing issue
As described in the headline, Chrome users may suffer with issue regarding resizing of the shared pictures. Some of them may visualize in full size regardless the fact that the default setup is pictures max size is 400x400p.
The issue is related to Google's improvement deploeyed to Chrome recently:
"Chrome implemented something called lazy loading of images. Basically, instead of loading all the images when you open a forum page, it loads them when you are about to see them. This improves loading times."
As it seems to be coding issue it may take some time to fix the issue.
However, I found workaround:
1) Open Chrome.
2) Type the following path in the address bar and press Enter:
chrome://flags/#enable-lazy-image-loading
3) Use the drop-down menu on the right and select Enabled (or Disable to turn the feature off).
4) Re-launch Chrome.

Pictures load resized as they should be.

UPDATE:
Issue should be fixed now. If Chrome users still suffer with the issue then try to clear your browser cache.
