This "fits" the ongoing facts. It would be essential for Kiev to gain control of the border area to cut-off supplies and support for the DPR from Russia. But they cannot go full scale attack without some justification . . . so they're apparently going to create a false justification. Same old playbook.
I have covered this story on my news-talk radio web site to spread the word. The world ought not be fooled again by a corrupt government killing its own people to blame someone else and commence war.
