The text of the bill that Parliament will vote on requires the government to end the presence of any foreign forces
Any foreign forces. Let's see what ze Gemans do now with their ~200 "warriors".

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".

Thousands of Marines head to the Middle East on USS Bataan-Al-Arabia-----fresh meat arrives.
3 members of my wife's family are shipping over to the region. Of course, the family praises their patriotism yet voices concern for their safety. These fools signed up to fight govcorp's wars abroad and despite the family's awareness that we have no real interest in the region or right to be there, they still throw around the old tired platitudes that lead to the destructions of lives - of both the soldiers and the civilians in the ME. One of these family members is just out of high school. And of course if they are killed or maimed no dissenting voice criticizing their decision or the government's policy will be allowed in the family - because he is a war hero.
America has a war culture. It crosses the political spectrum. Thankfully war culture is dying out in Europe. Sadly I don't foresee it dying out in America because unlike Europe, America is probably not going to see the kind of domestic destruction wrought by an event like WW2. America is shielded by its oceans, so can sit back in comfort while destroying lives across the globes.
That is precisely why Murkans don't really understand what they're supporting when they support war. You'd think with all of the pictures and video footage available now that someone might have a bit of compassion. It astounds me that isn't the case, for the most part. Although it's nice to see so many people protesting against this insanity.
Having said that, I'm sorry you have family going over. I do hope they'll return safely. I'm worried that one of my close friend's sons will be recalled (sadly, he is in agreement with our opinions). Spending time in Afghanistan changed his POV entirely.

Quorum is complete، 170 MPs out of 328 MPs.Session should be held shortly. in order to vote there should be a draft of law to be discussed first then have a first reading at the parliament then editing, then final voting article by article. Whatever happens today is not final.

Both largest Parliamentary coalitions in the Parliament Al-Fateh (Hadi al-Ameri) and Sairoun (Moqtada al-Sdar) agreed to vote for the withdrawal of all #US forces from #Iraq today.
Almost there. It is most likely for the resolution to go through.

USA had never a war on it's own soil, except by own people. How many civilians have you lost in wars, except they were abroad?
But US-Americans are the most fearful people - why? Perhaps because of some kind of propaganda? Think of all the Hollywood movies, full of zombies, horror or apocalypse. With fear and paranoia you can not think clear, such a people is easy to manipulate.
I tend to disagree. Western citizens, and US especially, are literally brainwashed. As David Icke said:
"What the human race is suffering from is mass hypnosis. We are being hypnotized by people like this - news readers, politicians, teachers, lecturers. We are in a country and in a world that is being run by unbelievably sick people."
For decades US citizens being learned that they have free media. But, on the other hand, uniformity of informations, if it comes to war, propaganda against other countries or individuals, is beyond belief. This so-called "free media" are closely tied with government institutions and corrupt businesses hiden behind the ostensible govrnment.
On other hand, it is not so easy to dupe people im my country. Because we know how propaganda works, how it looks like. And we can still put 1 and 1 together. If US government lied about Afghanistan and Iraq and Libya and Syria then it's highly likely it lies about Iran, too...

My Prediction will be right with 172 MPs now while Adel Abdil Mahdi is delivering his speech. This is the adequate number to ask the #US to leave #Iraq.
Reports that PMF dragged in a few Kurdish MPs and forced them to sign lol using US tactics.
