House of Commons
Parliament
Jeremy Corbyn asks if Anne Sacoolas is being "shielded from justice because she is a former CIA officer".
Mr Johnson says the government has "tirelessly" sought the extradition of Ms Sacoolas after the hit and run of Harry Dunn.
In his fourth question Mr Corbyn says "it is widely reported that Anne Sacoolas is a CIA operative". "Now we know the foreign secretary misled the Dunn family, will the prime minister commit to his removal from office?" he asks.
Mr Johnson replies that "the Foreign Office have been told that Anne Sacoolas was notified to the UK government as a spouse with no official role". "We will continue to seek justice for the Dunn family," he says.
The mother of Harry Dunn has said today that the government has not been honest with the family, Mr Corbyn says, and he asks for an "equal and balanced" extradition treaty with the United States.
Mr Johnson says there are "elements of that relationship that are unbalanced" but he says it is "totally different" from the case of Ann Sacoolas.
Mr Corbyn uses his last question to ask about the extradition of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange to the US "for exposing war crimes, the murder of civilians and large-scale corruption". "This extradition should be opposed and the rights of journalists upheld," the Labour leader says.
"It is obvious the rights of journalists should be upheld," replies Mr Johnson adding "the government will continue to do that."

Trump had complained that the recommendation of seven to nine years in prison for his former adviser and longtime friend was a “miscarriage of justice.”
Four prosecutors abruptly withdrew on Tuesday from the case of President Trump’s longtime friend Roger J. Stone Jr. after senior Justice Department officials intervened to recommend a more lenient sentence for crimes he committed in a bid to protect the president.

The United States accuses local villagers of “occupying” their own village.
Also accuses villagers, who are part of the same al-Ghanama tribe, of being “pro-Syrian regime forces”, rather than - you know - local villagers.
The people who blocked the U.S. convoy were locals from the Al-Ghanamah tribe. They are not ‘occupying’ their own lands.

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".
