In China, corrupt oligarchs and politicians will be sentenced with great penalties, even death penalty. Imagine having an economic system that works and also one where the powerful must pay for their serious crimes.

It's old, but interesting thoughts. I would prefer a society and economic system where crimes like corruption don't work and death penalty is not needed.

You will be surprised but before the anti-Russian hysteria Russians were quite positive regarding the U.S. But U.S. left Russians no choice. Pro-Western liberal forces have been virtually wiped out in Russia. This is not a merit of Putin.This is entirely a credit to the US.
