Because Trump and Bonzonaro are the great freedom fighters who are concerned about the citizens rights? China needs an excuse to implement authoritarian measures in a country where the majority of the population supports the "social crediting system"?

I don't really believe that. 


However, I also distrust our government, firstly, for years they have not followed the recommendations of our civil protection and have reacted far too late. And as long as "science" is dependent on funding from profit-oriented corporations etc., I will treat their "findings" with caution. But I'm still convinced that Covid is more dangerous than the common flu because it "behaves" different and seems to have more impact with organ damages. But I'm not convinced that the governments do a good job or that their "solutions" have much to do with caring for our health.
