Well, there are such and such vaccinations. Tetanus, smallpox, diphtheria and similar, which have been around for decades, I find good and helpful, as long as it is carried out in such a way that there are as few side effects as possible.
For other vaccinations I do not see any great benefit, e.g. for flu, at most for people in the health service or people with previous illnesses for whom flu would be dangerous.
