A Turkish official told me that Egypt’s threats against Libya won’t change anything on the ground:
• Threats don’t seem serious
• Cairo is already doing its best to support Haftar
• Seems like an attempt to pressure GNA to accept a ceasefire, possibly backed by Russians.
