A joint raid between ICTS and National Intelligence is actually a much more plausible scenario.

Looks like HTS captured the Idlib Central Prison and most of the roads and hills around Arab Said yesterday, and the only location west of Idlib now controlled by Hurras al-Din / "Be Steadfast" operations room is the village of Arab Said.
