As Macron's whirlwind plan continues to unfold, one question is not being raised nearly enough: do we genuinely believe the timing of the Beirut port explosion happened to coincide perfectly with a clearly pre-prepared political plan, by complete coincidence? Par chance?

Today the Government of the United States announced concrete measures against the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court and a senior staff member in her office.
