So throw sand in the gears of the machine.
We need ideas with an impact that are not forbidden and we need many people to participate. The more, the better.
An example: A few years ago a woman started to transfer 1 cent per day to the tax office by cash order from the bank counter (important!), without any reference to a specific purpose. Unfortunately, no one took part, with a few thousand "participants" their bureaucracy could have been fairly paralysed. Apart from paralysing them, it definitely has the effect of irritating or drawing the attention of the "authorities".
As I said, this is just an example. The best thing would be ~10 such forms of action, changing between them every 1-2 weeks so that they cannot adapt to them. This would perhaps have more impact than just petitions or demonstrations.
Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
I want to add, things like above are meant as a warning to the authorities, orchestrated by many but at least at first without any explanation/announcement.
OK, I think very subversively...

There is however an opportunity here as I scan this board and others that you would be hard pressed finding a government on this planet whose primary concerns were their country and its citizens. The American revolution only involved 5 per cent of its citizens and the Russian resistance at its height only involve 1,100,000 men yet they caused the Nazi's intolerable grief.
There are hard times coming and this really is a global war against the human race,I hope that the 5 to ten per cent are ready.

"This is not a new world, it is simply an extension of what began in the old one.
