The world has bet the farm on vaccines as the solution to the pandemic,
but the trials are not focused on answering the questions many might assume they are.
None of the trials were designed:
►to detect a reduction in any serious outcome such as hospital admissions, intensive care, or deaths
►Nor were the v_ccines studied to determine whether they can interrupt transmission of the virus.

I will watch the video later, when I can open it.
I have no idea, how these tests are done in the West. When I left Laos for China in October, the Laotian Institute for Diseases in Vientiane tested me twice by taking samples from the inside of the nose and the throught. The Chinese, when they received me at the airport at Kunming (Yunnan), did the same, but more accurate and really deep. They repeated this during the quarantine. I reacted allergic to this and had a running nose afterwards. When I arrived at my work station in the icy North-East, I went to the hospital and they just took a sample from under the tongue. I was surprised and they told me, that they had changed the way to do it. My colleagues, who go to Beijing have to do this in advance.

for most of us it comes down to this: we can't and won't 'trust' our governments.
You know why they didn't try anything like this in the 1970s? Because a generation which remembered WW2 & were still strong enough would not have let them. Politicians were scared of people's reactions back then. They were literally scared for their lives. What happened?
