Salvini in Sicily announces the end of the "refugee camp of Europe"
Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini said in Sicily that the island will no longer be a refugee camp for the whole of Europe, and Labor Minister Luigi Di Maio has announced changes in economic reform.
" It was enough that Sicily was a refugee camp for Europe. I will not only observe the arrival of the arrival. We need deportation centers, " Salvini said in Catania, adding that his plans to deport half a million immigrants in Italy were not "extreme, but common sense ".
Just two days before, a ship of a humanitarian organization with 150 solved immigrants landed in Pozzallo. Salvini said that the best way to " save lives for these people is to prevent boarding boats, " the BBC reported.
" Good times are over, prepare your luggage, "Salvini threatened in its style the immigrants who brought the path in search of a better life to Italy.
Arrivals to Italy have fallen in recent months. This year, Italian officials registered 13,500 new immigrants. Meanwhile, critics doubt the feasibility of the Salvi Plan.
