Out of fuel at the airport!

There's an additional hurdle, the airport in Kabul is out of fuel, they've issued a NOTAM. Now any planes flying into Kabul need to have the capacity to carry enough fuel they can still take off and leave, without refuelling. That could be difficult for some.
