This is a typical case for "common law". He has killed some people. The question is: Has he done this in self-defense or not? This can be discussed. So everything is possible. And a jury was involved. So it is about convincing the jury. If he has enough money to pay a lawyer, who can convince the jury, he can win, no matter, what happened. That's why this system is not trustworthy.
Kyle Rittenhouse shot at people who were threatening him with his life. It is taped, clearly on video. Not very complicating and difficult to process.
Actually, everything else then self-defense claim, was a grey area. Was he justified to cross the state border, what was he doing in that community, was he protecting it or agitating, was he allowed to "open carry" etc. All this questions are gray area. What is most important in this case is, was he acting in self-defense and the answer is clear, yes!
It is also important how people looked at this story. Did they wanted to see Kyle dead, stomped by angry mob? In most cases from the people on "left" the answer would be, yes. "We would love see him being stomped by the mob". But this is not law justice, it is rule of crowds, got nothing to do with democracy and rule of law.
I am not talking about this specific case. Maybe the judgement was right, maybe not. That's irrelevant for my point. My point is, that the judgement rests on convincing people (the jury) with words. If you can pay a specialist to do this, you can get away with everything.
Not when it comes to human rights and freedom. I disagree strongly, there is no attorney who could win against breaching of basic human rights. Like I said before, you either go by the words written in the law or you don't. But if you don't, you can't still pretend you are living in a democracy.
What? Because I see reality for what it is, you're telling me I would accept tyranny? I wouldn't care? Because you don't get your act together it's my fault or what? No, we don't live in a democracy, and I never pretended that we did. Especially since I know about state terrorism against the population in Germany, they killed bystanders to pretend there are terrorists in the country.
"The only thing missing in modern USA are gulaks" - Yes, within the country they don't have any yet but "overseas", however, the prison industry is flourishing.

These antifa in black shirts seem to be beaten out of his rally yesterday.

One of the recent roles of the Parliamentary Healthcare Committee has been to reassure the British public that any claims regarding the ‘Americanization’ of the National Health Service (NHS) were wildly overstated, “creating a climate that risks blocking the joining up of services in the interests of patients.”
In fact, the penetration of the healthcare system by the giant U.S. insurer UnitedHealth reveals the opposite to be true, with the full extent of its influence capable of surprising even seasoned NHS watchers.

I no longer believe anything you pretend to be here.
It is your right to think so, I don't blame you for nothing. I didn't chose you, it is you who reply to my posts not me okay and telling me "I should get my act together". For starters, it would be nice to explain to me, what is wrong with my act and how I should "get it together"? All I write is the truth or what I believe is the truth. So, if I say that humanity does not care about whether we are treated the way we are, how is this whining?? Do tell me, does police care about tyranny when it beats on demonstrators worldwide, in Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Slovenia....DO THEY CARE when they beat on us, enforcing tyranny? Or they care only about three hundred euro check bonus from authorities that they receive for beatings on their compatriots? Does the police care? Well, do they?? Oh, I'm whining cause I'm telling you the obvious, right?! Does police care? How long we will have to wait before police will start to care, tell me? You believe that in the end they will step on our side, or they'll just continue the beatings and enforcing of the elites will? They will wait until things become like 1940's Germany? How long we need to wait before they care?
How in the fuck would you ever believe that I fish for sympathy? What sympathy, from what?? And last, why would you think I want you or anyone else to believe in me or what I represent or pretend or whatever....Its just discussions of ordinary people, that's all. I don't look for your approval or anyone elses rofl...Tell me how am I a troll or where do I troll anybody? That is such a blunt as you said, on first ball accusation. Please give me an example where I troll you or anyone else!

Bill Gates has met with Angela Merkel in Berlin. The former Microsoft CEO and the German chancellor

Germany will host a conference for supporters of the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization(GAVI)

German Development Minister Gerd Müller also met with Gates. Afterward, Müller announced that the federal government "plans to increase our support for GAVI

Berlin (AFP) - Billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates says the world must use the lessons from battling Ebola
to prepare for any future "war" against a global killer disease, with the help of new technology.
Gates, in Berlin for a donor conference of the GAVI alliance bringing vaccines
to poor countries, said the risk of a worldwide pandemic meant it was reckless not to act now.
"A more difficult pathogen (than Ebola) could come along, a form of flu, a form of SARS
or some type of virus that we haven't seen before," he said in an interview with AFP.

Examine the feasibility of developing a common vaccination card/passport

that is compatible with electronic immunisation information systems and recognised for use across borders,
without duplicating work at national level.

When I look at the new ministers in Germany, it gets scary. The new Minister of the Interior sees the most important thing as fighting right-wing extremism. Since all opponents of vaccination and critics of measures have now been identified as right-wing extremists, you can guess what's coming. After the Foreign Minister Baerbock, the second hysterical paranoiac, Karl Lauterbach, joins the cabinet as Health Minister, but he really belongs in the loony bin. His ex-wife, the epidemiologist and doctor Angela Spelsberg, has urgently warned against him, and those who know his appearances realise that there really is something wrong with the man.

The author of this article seems to assume a certain positive effect of the vaccines, but the point is that in Germany here, people are working with obvious lies regarding vitamin D. Previous scientific findings are virtually denied. The procedure in other European countries is partly quite different.
I have translated the article into English. Start of the article:
"It seems that the heads behind the EMA are just as dependent on the pharmaceutical industry as the members of the DIVI in Germany.
The content of a mail I wrote to all prime ministers fits in with this.
It is about a treatment recommendation of the DIVI for COVID-10 patients, which can be described as a recommendation to refrain from helping.
(DIVI = German Association of Internal Medicine)
And it is about the fact that, due to a rejected motion in the Bundestag in July 2020, the pandemic here is significantly worse than it would otherwise have been. This motion was about informing the population about the correlation between vitamin D and the severity of the course of a COVID-19 disease. In France, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, the governments had already informed the respective populations about this a month in advance.
..."
Even though I suspect that such letters end up in the trash anyway, the explanations in them could be interesting.
Forgot this important part: of the vaccines

Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".

He already sold out Iran and Syria to be bombed by smirking Zionists, of-course he will sell out Donbas and probably Ru.F as well, and I don’t care how many sycophants come out of the woodwork and apologize for him.
All he has managed to do is INCREASE the aggressive NATO on his border; he had the initiative and lost it. Igor Strelkov was right about him. A man worth obscene monies and fine mansions and young pretty wife is not going to shake boat too much. All his friends live in the West like London too. Too bad for Russia, to have such a sell out.

We already have a National Security Council, and in this coalition agreement we have made it very, very clear for climate policy, but also for European policy, which will not only be looked after alone from one department, but cross-sectionally in all areas of the next federal government, as is already the case, and so cooperation will take place jointly in this coalition both in European policy, but also in common foreign policy and also, as you mentioned, in security policy.
Foreign Minister designate Annalena Baerbock
I suspect they will demand pain and suffering as an additional payment. But even the best knowledge of German leaves one rather perplexed by this unstructured drivel.
Here is the original:
