Yeah if the launch of a rocket with a top secret [classified] payload fails and lands near the fricken observatory.. which makes TREMENDIOUS sense considering it's location as I have described in my previous post, then that certainly counts as a "MAJOR FUCK UP" that was not suposed to happen, even less to be known..
