I read the name of the city of Nürnberg quite often now, but I don't get the meaning, it is used.
Apart from the city itself, I know the following meanings, it could be used for, but neither of them seems to apply:

-The Nürnberg laws (Nürnberger Gesetze)that were made during a party assembly of National-Socialists. These laws gave a definition, who were Aryan, Jew, Gypsy etc.
-The Nürnberg trials, where the most prominent National-Socialists, were put on a fake trial, that was violating the basic principles of laws (nulla poena sine lege).
