The evacuees from this steel plant looked very well fed and very clean for people who spent 1 month underground in a war zone and the other day there was Ukrainian combat footage that stopped when the medias camera's stopped somebody filmed it on their phone I know there is a real war going on but at times its like a Hollywood production...bizarre

Just my thoughts:
When Russia was bringing her troups to the Ukrainian border, US was crying, but they did not block it.
When Russia was going in, US was imposing sanctions, that were clearly not demaging Russia but EU.
US can be happy with the current situation, because:
-EU is forced to look for new suppliers. It will take some time, but maybe in one or two years, EU can import US gas.
-All weapon producers can make profit, because US wants to supply Ukraine with weapons.
So, I think, US doesn't care for Ukraine. Ukraine will be destroyed anyhow. But US also don't want to go full in. They just want to make profit from the current situation.

Can you tell me where to get it? I once tried banana but my stomach didn't like it after a few days. I know that I need more than I could get from food. I have often probs with muscles, cramps for example, since childhood.

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".

Afair would need 220 LNG tankers a day, and the terminals would also have to be built first. Which then also consumes energy and several more and more expensive resources.
Don't forget, there are idiots at work with our decision-makers.

If Europe would try to replace all the energy it needs for its industry. But US doesn't care about the European industry. Maybe they even calculate to destroy the European industry to make Europe all the more dependent of US.
It will be interesting to see, what happens with countries like Hungary, who don't want to implement the sanctions. Or what will happen with Turkey. Hopefully there will be a huge dis-sense among the EU countries. This could lead to conflicts on the Balcans.
