Plan would see US provide natural gas without receiving payment for 2 years... ever

According to Foreign Policy, one of the proposals that has been floated by Ukrainian officials
would be for the US to provide Ukraine with 6 billion cubic meters of liquefied natural gas (LNG)
without collecting payment for two years.
