I hate to say it but this Russian mobilisation with winter soon coming could backfire horribly for Russia especially if NATO starts sending leopard tanks, F16s and masses of artillery like they are saying. We saw what happend to Hitler and Napoleon armies in Eastern Europe region during winter and the horrible casualties the Soviet army suffered in Finland during winter it's best if Russia holds positions and launch the offensive once winter is over.

If the West sends more serious hardware to be used against the new Russian territories (which they will be in a matter of weeks), winter will be the least of anybodys worries.
