Two videos clearly show a vessel of some type moving under the bridge,. If it was carrying the explosives, it's unlikely there'll be any obvious trace of it left.
If it was ATACMS, it will be considered an act of war by Russia, in which case I imagine it would just be a case of Russian patience. "Slow to saddle" and all that.
