Rap artist Dmitry Bamberg, better known as Schokk, has been charged in Germany for supporting the special operation and has applied for political asylum in Russia. Shokk has never made a secret of his attitude to the special operation, has openly supported the fighters morally and financially, and talked about it on social media. However, liberal media such as Meduza, the BBC and Mediazone forwarded Dmitry's posts to German authorities, after which a case was initiated against him. 

"Half of my family is from Ukraine. I knew from my closest personal sources what was happening there in the 40s, the 90s, respectively, in 2014, and what is happening now, " says Dmitry.

Schokk is currently in Russia and has applied for asylum, as he faces 3 years in prison in Germany.
