Since alcohol was re-introduced to indiginous communities last year violence and lawlessness has spiralled out of control in the central Australian town of Alice Springs,the police cannot cope- there is talk of sending Federal police/Military in.Alice Springs has a population of 25000 odd this is a national disgrace,this is not what happens in a supposed first world nation.

Hm, I don't know what to make of it. Firstly, what should have triggered this, secondly, why is it only now, after more than 10 years, that we are hearing about it. In my opinion, it fits far too well into the rest of "fear mongering". I also don't know how it should work physically.

For the time being, I think it is quite unlikely that the Earth's core has changed its rotation massively.

Pennsylvania LGBTQ youth club where teens play with sex toys received $630,000 in state funding in 2022

The Rainbow Room in Buck’s County is a youth center which describes itself as providing "a supportive, brave and empowering environment and dynamic programs for youth ages 14-21," and last October, Senator Steve Santarsiero announced $630,000 in state funds to support and grow the program.

The club, basically, hosts events where teenagers can get together and play with sex toys. Once a month, 12 and 13-year-olds are invited to join.

According to the group’s social media activity, there is a focus on sex-posititivity, gender identity and queer theory. The group informed members that May is masturbation month, invited youth to an Understanding Transgender presentation and discussion, and hosted a "queer tarot" event. And of course, there are numerous drag shows.

On the Latin America single currency

@sex_drugs_kahlo and @econopocalypse analyzed the concept of the single currency ("sur") and made some forecasts on the issue.

Supposedly, the new currency will stimulate regional trade and reduce dependence on the U.S. dollar. Initially, the new currency is planned to be used together with the Brazilian real and the Argentine peso.

FT estimates that the currency union, covering all of Latin America, will account for about 5% of global GDP. The world's largest currency union, the euro, accounts for about 14% of global GDP in dollar terms. Trade between Brazil and Argentina reached $26.4 billion in the first 11 months of last year, up nearly 21% from the same period in 2021. These two countries are the driving force behind the Mercosur regional trade bloc, which also includes Paraguay and Uruguay.

The new single currency is the most attractive for Argentina, where annual inflation is approaching 100% as Argentina's central bank prints money to finance spending. According to the Central Bank, the amount of money in public circulation quadrupled during President Alberto Fernandez's first three years in power.

Brazil finds it difficult to stay in tandem with Argentina and be cut off from international debt markets after defaulting in 2020. As a result of the Soros team’s smart actions, Argentina owes the IMF more than $40 billion after financial aid in 2018.

How will the new currency be supported?
Official statements do not mention it yet. But with the current state of the finances of Argentina and several other Latin American countries, the only collateral may be natural resources and food supplies. The emergence of a single new currency will allow to "dissolve" partially the internal problems of inflation and budget deficits, in exchange for the loss of economic and then political sovereignty. This is an exact copy of the mechanism created in the EU. 

The single structure controls the euro emission and the common EU policy, making it unnecessary to build bilateral relations with individual countries.  

Introduction of the single currency would make it much easier for the Federal Reserve to control the Latin American monetary system.

To emit such a currency, a single emission center, analogous to the ECB, would have to be established. The influence of local central banks would be blurred, as the new emission center would be collegial. This will seriously limit the influence of individual countries' regulators on local governments. The key issues of fighting inflation and the availability of credit resources will be the responsibility of only a single Central Bank.

In the public arena, the idea of a single currency is likely to be presented as an opportunity to move away from the dollar, create new jobs and stabilize inflation. But, in reality, it will simply mean a large-scale and centralized withdrawal of resources under stricter control of groups affiliated with the United States.

pledging to address the issue by establishing a new government agency.
Birth rates are declining in many developed countries, but in Japan the issue is particularly acute
because it has the world’s second-highest proportion of people aged 65 and over,
after the tiny state of Monaco, according to World Bank data.
“The number of births dropped below 800,000 last year, according to estimates,”
Kishida told lawmakers in a policy address marking the start of a new parliament session.
Japan is standing on the verge of whether we can continue to function as a society,” he said.
“Focusing attention on policies regarding children and child-rearing is an issue that cannot wait and cannot be postponed.”
