Kakhovka reservoir is going to be empty soon. If gates of Dnieper HPP are not open, then ground is going to get dry because of evaporation processes. And then all of this (pretty big area) is going to be perfect for driving (fast) over it. Because it is dry lake bed. The flat, smooth, and hard surfaces of dry lake beds make them ideal for fast motor vehicles and motorcycles. The smoothness of the surface allows low-clearance vehicles to travel very fast without any risk of disruption by surface irregularities, and the path traveled has no obstacles to avoid.
Ideal for fast 4x4, and after them armor.

Kyiv practically stopped the discharge of water at the Dnieper HPP almost a week after the destruction of the Kakhovskaya HPP
