The Global Disinformation Index (GDI) is the group who define the content on platforms according to their ideological worldview and then blacklist sites who do not align their content to support the GDI perspective. Sergey Lavrov’s closing statements at the G20 summit in New Delhi:

The global south wants to strengthen its role in global governance, including in the economic sphere.

There is an emphasis on the West fulfilling its many years of promises that are not being fulfilled, including on technology transfer.

The Indian presidency truly consolidated representatives of the global south; the West failed to Ukrainize the agenda to the detriment of developing countries.

The principle of territorial integrity comes chronologically after the right to self-determination:
“It is necessary to respect the territorial integrity of those states that respect the right to self-determination of all peoples and represent all citizens. The Kiev regime destroyed the territorial integrity on its own.”

The West will not be able to remain a hegemon because new centers of power have emerged:
“The success of the summit created additional opportunities to ensure fairness in the global economy.”

The West failed to “Ukrainize” the G20 summit agenda, and the “Ukrainian” paragraph in the declaration was mentioned in the context of the need to resolve all conflicts.

No one could object to either Erdogan’s proposals or President Putin’s proposals that the Black Sea Initiative could be resumed, but only in both of its parts.

The President clearly said that when all obstacles to our exports are removed, we will return to the collective implementation of the Ukrainian part of the Black Sea Initiative on the same day.

In the current situation, a lot of rupees have accumulated, which we cannot yet sell, but our Indian colleagues promised to offer options for their investment.

If the West wants to improve relations with African countries, it needs to abandon its colonial habits and not rely on the absence of the Putin-Lavrov summit:
“The President has never prevented the West from communicating with African countries. It is the West that runs around and demands that no one meet with us.”

Moscow hopes that all allied obligations with Yerevan will prevail in Armenian politics, the Russian Federation values these relation:

The West piled up the problems of the global economy and many years ago clumsily tried to push climate policy to the top of the agenda.

In Russia and China, more than 70% of payments are made in national currencies, yuan and rubles, with India this trend is also gaining momentum, the process of de-dollarization has begun.
