BREAKING: Air sirens have been reactivated in Stepanakert as Azerbaijans begins its second wave of attack on the civilian population.
The Artsakh Ministry of Health reports about 80 wounded and 5 killed as Azerbaijan continues its genocidal campaign on Armenians Artsakh.
Out of the wounded, 23 are civilians, including 9 children. Three of the injured children in Artsakh are in critical condition.
