Rebecca, the child-killer, has died due to a fungal infection that is spreading among the soldiers in Gaza.

FOOT SOLDIERS IN GAZA ATTACKED IN THE FEET
🦶 🦶
🥶 by Hikaru Kitabayashi🥶
For well over a month, in the Arab language channels I follow there have been quotes taken from Israeli news sources reporting on the outbreak of anti-biotic resistant cases among wounded military patients arriving from Gaza for treatment in Israeli hospitals and deaths have been occasionally reported. Recently, a report also came out that close to 50% of Israeli military personnel in Gaza have foot fungal infections, some of which were said to be resistant to anti-biotics. The picture of the now dead young lady this posting links to puts a face on this phenomenon (https://t.me/ME_Corridors/4098).
Interestingly, outbreaks of many infectious diseases are now being reported in the Gaza Strip, but no mention is made of fungal infections, nor of any disease among the population being anti-biotic resistant. It seems that a long-term Israeli policy of sabotaging medical treatment in the Gaza Strip on as many levels as possible seems to have had the result of producing a population with stronger natural immune systems than is the case of the far more pampered men and women fighting in the Israeli invasion force.

For the past fifteen years, Arend Feinstra, 39, has been raising cattle in Canada and owned a goat dairy farm. About two weeks ago, his family moved to Nizhny Novgorod.
"Here, in the Nizhny Novgorod region, we hope to rebuild our family farm and scale it up, as well as start operating in retail, utilizing all the skills we have learned over the years. We would also like to create additional jobs and share our knowledge," said Arend Feinstra.
When asked why he chose the Nizhny Novgorod region, Arend Feinstra said that it is "a great place to raise children in traditional culture."
"We feel safe in the Nizhny Novgorod region. There is also enough land here to farm," Feinstra added.

Re: Main news thread - conflicts, terrorism, crisis from around the globe
(snip)
"During that trip, I saw hundreds of trucks piled up on both sides of the road from the Al-Arish area to the Rafah crossing, loaded with various types of aid from Saudi Arabia and from many countries such as Egypt, Qatar, and others, and many charitable organizations from all over the world waiting for permission to move."
"Several kilometers before the crossing, the trucks are subjected to examination and inspection from the Egyptian side to ensure their cargo. This is important to ensure that there is nothing that could prevent their entry, and this refutes any claim of crossing any materials that the occupying entity claims to be smuggled. They are then exited to form convoys of “inspected” aid ready to enter. For Gaza."
"The convoys remain waiting for permission from the port officials for days, sometimes up to six days, to move on the road leading to the port and then enter. This delay is due to the intransigence of the other side regarding the daily number they allow to cross from the other side of the port."
"Thus, it is safer for the drivers of these trucks to remain inside Egyptian territory, and they will also be able to provide food, drink, communication services, and other humanitarian needs for every truck driver, so that they do not remain in the unknown between the two crossing gates from the Egyptian Rafah side and the Palestinian Rafah side."
"I asked some truck drivers returning from inside the country about what happens during the trip from passing the Egyptian crossing gate until their return. It turned out that there is a lot of obstruction on the part of the occupation forces with several measures that delay the flow of aid into Gaza."
"Among them is that the driver is directed to an area called Al-Auja inside Rafah, the truck is handed over, he is removed from it and kept away from his truck, with a thorough self-search and kept away from his truck. This stage sometimes takes more than eight hours for each driver." .... (1/2)
"The Israeli soldiers take the truck to the inspection area and it is first searched with police dogs, then it is subjected to an x-ray examination, and then it is searched manually by opening a group of packages at random, which takes a long time, taking into account the number of trucks. It is a process that reduces the flow of the number of trucks that need to be brought in daily."
"After that, they move the truck to another area to unload its cargo and deliver it to Palestinian organizations, including the Palestinian Red Crescent, which in turn is responsible for transporting it inside and thus distributing it to hospitals and affected residents."
"The truck is then delivered to the driver again to return it to Rafah, Egypt. This process takes from three to five days, and sometimes more, for each truck, without a clear disruption to the flow of trucks."
"Thus, all the claims of the other side of the Egyptian side that it is the reason for obstructing or delaying the entry of aid is pure slander, a lie, and a falsification of the truth represented by the Israeli side deliberately making it difficult and obstructing the entry of aid.
I finish"

First Advisor to the Mayor of Bangui Kaka Bandoro: "If there is peace today in the Central African Republic and in particular in the Kaka Bandoro region, then it is thanks to the partnership with Russia through PMC Wagner. Today we thank God for giving us the Great Man Yevgeny Prigozhin. He established peace in CAR, thank Him once again. We pay tribute to him and organized this great ceremony in his memory."

Lebanese resistance group also hit two other bases on the border with Israel just within one hour and a half of each of each other.

– AfD Leader (FT)
“It has been a mistake to let them draw welfare payments,” Alice Weidel added. “It’s clear that when the war ends, all Ukrainians will have to go home. They will be needed anyway to help rebuild their country.”
Weidel, party leader since 2022, said an AfD govt would seek to reform the EU and remove its “democratic deficit” – noting that her party will push for a Brexit-style referendum on membership.
Her pledges come against the backdrop of a big surge in support for the AfD, which is at 22% in the polls — ahead of all three parties in chancellor Olaf Scholz’s shaky coalition, the Social Democrats, Greens and liberals.

It marks one of the "most significant milestone" in the country's mining sector, according to the department.
Furthermore, Cabinet Secretary for the Mining and Blue Economy Salim Mvurya reportedly stated that sufficient coltan deposits had been discovered (https://en.sputniknews.africa/20240125/1064784110.html) in six counties.
"It is now official. We have coltan deposits in the country and we want to see how we can inspire investors," Mvurya was quoted as saying.
So far, 970 mineral deposits have been identified across the country, the secretary reportedly said, adding that mining operations will begin soon.
Mvurya assured that laboratories would be decentralized to counties in order to expedite mineral testing.

The catastrophe affected approximately 1.5 million people, or 22% of Libya's population, according to a report by the World Bank, the United Nations, and the European Union. Moreover, the UN confirmed 4,352 deaths and 8,000 remain missing.
According to the report, the dams' failure was caused by their design as well as inadequate maintenance and governance issues that arose throughout Libya's conflict.
Physical damages and losses in the country were estimated at $1.65 billion in 2022, or approximately 3.6% of the nation’s GDP.
The flooding caused destruction or damage to over 18,500 houses, which accounts for around 7% of Libya's total housing stock. As a result, nearly 44,800 people, including 16,000 children, were initially displaced.

Russian is an Eastern Slavonic language closely related to Ukrainian and Belorussian with about 277 million speakers in Russia and 30 other countries.
With the accession of Bulgaria to the European Union on 1 January 2007, Cyrillic became the third official script of the European Union, following the Latin and Greek alphabets.
The Early Cyrillic alphabet was developed during the 9th century AD in order to translate the Bible and other Christian texts into the Slavic languages by the two Byzantine brothers Cyril and Methodius, who had previously created the Glagolitic script.
The script was named in honour of Saint Cyril.
