We looked up the available data on air and sea reservations and indeed found flight and movement restrictions in the area east of the island nation for just those dates.

Given the distance from Israel, the flight of Shavit radio reconnaissance planes (they always fly nearby when testing missiles), and the lack of media coverage, the Israelis must have been testing something serious.

Plus a distance of 1800 kilometers is a range that is enough to reach from Tel Aviv to Tehran. And against the background of escalation with Lebanon and statements of the Iranian side about possible entry into the conflict, such a test looks very symbolic.

I can remember  earlier, when you could still buy fresh sauerkraut from the barrel. But my aunt had made some big stone pots with sauerkraut herself every year, but also "sour beans". Sauerkraut is certainly the best, but other fermented things are also good, for example, homemade kefir or kombucha. 

Because of fasting, I have been doing this for several years, that I eat something every day only within ~6 hours, this is called intermittent fasting. Maybe I should also try not to eat anything at all one day a week.
