Point 1. sort of relates to a comment that Trinity on GLP made recently regarding Paypal's restrictions on GLP. Part of the op doesn't just revolve around collecting infos on KKK supporters and other types, but also the agents actively encouraging that sort of behaviour from posters too (in a sly way of course), or at the very least turning a blind eye to that behaviour. So such a website owner certainly find himself in a pickle if the legislation were to ever come into effect and it extended to forum websites such as his, as well as twitter, facebook etc. There would be no place for him to hide from it. Already it was seen how he had to make changes to accommodate the GDPR, so I can absolutely see potential benefits of legislation if it's going to help disrupt activities of a cointel site or indeed neo-Nazi sites. (Of course I don't forget the disadvantages too of how such legislation can also be abused to censor certain useful infos).

A prominent lawyer who helped defend the former Serbian leader Slobodan Milosevic at his war crimes trial has been shot dead.
Dragoslav Ognjanovic, 57, was killed on Saturday evening outside his apartment building in the capital, Belgrade.
His 26-year-old son was also wounded in the shooting, the interior ministry said in a statement.
Mr Ognjanovic served on the legal team for Mr Milosevic during his trial at The Hague in the early 2000s.
