I don't shoot the messenger. Even the links, I have posted, could be wrong. All we know for the moment is, that Chinese medics are in Pyongyang and Kim Jong Un disappeared. Maybe he is just horribly afraid, because there are some cases in his capital. Maybe he wants to play with his missiles.

In addition to this: In 东北 (North-East China, Manchuria), that had only a small number of cases until now, many new cases are detected in Harbin. This I have learned from personal contacts. So it could be, that Koreans crossing the border between China and Northern Korea freely, but illegally at 长白山 (eternal white mountains), brought the virus to Pyongyang.

In case, he dies the next in line would be Kim Han-sol, the son of Kim Jong-nam the assassinated eldest son of Kim Jong-il. But he is in hiding.
The second in line would be Kim Jong-chul, the second son of Kim Jong-il. But he prefers playing the guitar.

Among the daughters, Kim Sol-song would be first and only last would be Kim Yo-jong. But Kim Yo-jong seems to be closest to power.
