The best way to respond would be to fire guided anti tank missiles at israeli positions in the golan heights as anti missile defense can't do anything against them.

Honestly it's doubtful Iran just keeps it's missiles and weapons above ground they almost certainly keep them underground or in bunkers so unless these airstrikes are bunker busters are they actually causing any damage?
