Apparently YPG doesn’t want to withdraw from Ras al-Ayn.
They tried to capture a neighbourhood from opposition’s SNA over night with a fresh offensive.
Frankly I’m not surprised. PKK had been like that for the last three decades

PKK says asking SDF/YPG to withdraw from the designated area would only legitimize the Turkish invasion.
“In this respect the deal’s other clauses don’t have any moral or political legitimacy other than the ceasefire”
So they won’t withdraw from Ras al-Ayn either
The YPG/PKK has broken the ceasefire. They continue to attack FSA. USA has lost leverage over YPG. For Turkey it is a legitimation of their offensive to expand. Rasalayn could lead long-term to a kind of bleeding effect in the ranks of YPG.
