As I can't post so much from my office anymore I just stumbled over some report that Turkey made some agreement with one of Libyian governments (lol!) regarding oil drilling, which blocks Greece attempts to control the area. More details from anyone?

The new agreements were signed at a meeting on Wednesday between Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan and Fayez al-Serraj, the head of the Tripoli-based government which Ankara is backing against a rival military force {Khalifa Haftar} based in eastern Libya.

►gave no details of their memorandum of understanding
►did not specify where Turkish and Libyan waters meet.
►Libya's neighbour Egypt dismissed the deal as "illegal"
►Greece said any such accord would be geographically absurd because it ignored the presence of the Greek island of Crete
(between the coasts of Turkey and Libya)
Tensions are already running high between Athens and Ankara because of Turkish drilling in the eastern Mediterranean off the coast of the divided island of Cyprus, and the European Union has prepared sanctions against Turkey in response.
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said

This sounds like Germany and Italy would agree upon a borderline, but the borderline is detailed in a secret attachment of the treaty and Austria would have discovered natural resources in Tyrol.
More and more I have the impression, we see three parties in this near eastern quagmire:
(1) The Muslim Brotherhood: Headquarters in Qatar, Erdogan interfering in Syria with Jihadis and in Libya with the regime of Tripolis, from both locations sending refugees to Europe, goal: restoration of the Ottoman Empire.
(2) Russia, Iran, Damascus, Hesbollah in Lebanon, Houthis in Yemen, Haftar in Libya, fighting against the Empire.
(3) The Empire: USA and its vassal-states (NATO), Israel, Saudi-Arabia.
The role of (1) is not entirely clear. It seems to have split off from (3), but not completely. Turkey is still in NATO and it seems to cooperate with Russia at the Syrian border. But I think, Putin is willing to throw them under the bus and use them against (3), if necessary and possible, because he wants to avoid a direct clash between (2) and (3).Greek FM Dendias said the agreement is ”beyond all reason” and “shows a complete lack of geographic knowledge.”

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".
