Iran needs to target that kuwait airbase where all the US soldiers seem to be fleeing to. As for casualties will the US even mention them if it was a bunch of blackwater mercenaries killed?

Iran should of used cruise missiles and drones instead as they would not of set of the alarm systems in the base like ballistic missiles thus giving the US soldiers zero chance to get into bunkers.
