Could not happen in Germany, we do not have an independent public prosecutor's office like in Italy, ours is bound by instructions. In our country, the Minister of the Interior has the last word - and this has already prevented many unwanted investigations. The former Minister of the Interior de Maiziere has held his protective hand over paedophile rings and the BND (or Verfassungsschutz).

Yep, I see it the same. I never had a driving license. Too bad until now it's only possible when living in a city like Frankfurt. But for parking alone you might pay here half of a month ticket. But I'm mainly walking.
