Not too long ago ( 5-digit numbers) Germany had more cases than USA. Here it started with "flattening of the curve", but there will be some further weeks before easing up on the measures.

Either way, the economy is broken anyway, with or without a further lockdown. But with more deaths, the population will have to face the challenges weaker due to more depression.
