►Contacts between Iraq, Lebanon and Iran helped to de-escalate the tension between KHI and PM Kadhemi.
The Iraqi PM has lost a lot of credit in this failed operation (not among US warmonger so-called experts).
It will affect his future as a PM.
►Iraq PM Mustafa al-Kadhemi was not elected to fight against hashd al-Shaabi but was a kind of compromise choice to remove Adnan al-Zurfi
and to bring someone to run early parliamentary elections

(so.. the concrete acts as a heat sink i would guess and the flow is adjusted to stabilize water temp
to moderate/prevent large 'swings' in cement temperature which (over time) can weaken concrete/dam 'strength/lifespan = 'smart')
